Q. Will The Book of Lorn ever be available as a standalone book for purchase?
A. Definitely! After the first volume finishes releasing via the Patreon we will be making this happen.
Q. I’m already a Patron member, how do I get access?
A. Click the Patreon button on any locked page and login to your Patreon account. You will then be asked to allow our site to connect with your Patreon, and once you select “Allow” you will be redirected back to the site with full access to The Book of Lorn.
Q. Why did you launch The Book of Lorn this way?
A. Stories have never been more available, yet rarely do we feel their pulse. We binge entire seasons in a weekend, inhale novels in a single sitting, then move on. The rhythm of anticipation (aka waiting for the next installment, or carrying cliffhangers in our heads for days) has been lost. We grew up reading classic sci-fi and always have been nostalgic about the way that much of the OG sci-fi cannon was actually realized in serialized format via magazines. Assimov, Herbert, Heinlein and Simmons all originally released some of our favorite stories in this way. Perhaps more importantly, we wanted to release this new story in a way that directly involved the Howler community.
